Dreaming of relocating to Europe, following Brexit, but the paperwork makes it seem impossible, let us at GIVLY help. A key step to moving to a new country is submitting official paperwork. Many documents including birth certificates, educational qualifications and medical certificates require an apostille in order to be legal in Europe

The first step to using your document in Europe is to obtain an apostille. This is a stamp which is put onto a document by the FCO in order to give the document legal value in another country. I will break the process down into 4 simple steps.
Step 1 - submit your document to GIVlY by email. We will advise if the document can have an Apostille stamped on the document immediately or whether the document must firstly be certified by a solicitor. Certification is require mostly for non-original documents, but can also be required for some contracts. If this is required, we will arrange this with our in house solicitor.
Step 2 - Your original document or freshly certified document is taken personally by us to the FCO and the Apostille is stamped on it. This can either be done with a same day service or 1-3 business day service, depending on which service you opt for.
Step 3- your document is complete and ready for use in Europe. We will first scan and send your document to you via email. We will also send the physical document to you either via courier or first class post.
Step 4 - break through the red tape and achieve your dreams
